It's Been A While

Just from my last post I have had a whole lot of stuff that went on. Well Tuesday night I went to bed. I woke up and my shoulder was hurting. So I just took a few Advil's and went about my day. Well later on, my shoulder, neck and my arm all the way to my elbow hurt like hell. So I took more Advil. I went to bed on Wednesday. I only slept for about an hour and I woke up in pain. So much pain, I really was thinking about ripping off my arm and beating the hell out of myself with it. So I took more Advil and tried to get some more sleep. So I only slept a total of 2 hours on Wednesday. Thursday was worse. It was so bad, all I did Thursday was cry in pain. I have a very high tolerance of pain. So once again Thursday night I didn't get but 2 hours of sleep. That was spread out for the whole night until 6am. Friday was the same thing. So by this point I have popped a lot of Advil and I was using ice packs and a heating pad. I would put Icy Hot on when I would go to sleep. So finally I broke down and went to the ER late on Friday night. I was in pain and crabby from not sleeping enough.

I bet you are asking why the hell did you wait so long? Well I don't have health insurance so I only go to the doctor if I am really bad off. So, the ER doctor said I pulled every muscle on the right side of my body. Well DUH! So he gave me some happy pills. I am a little better now, but my elbow still hurts like hell. So for most of the weekend I was doped up and sleeping.

Bryanna's Birthday is on Thursday. I am going to make a bunch of cupcakes for her class. I'm not giving her a big party. Since I'm all messed up, I don't think I could handle 10-20 4 year olds. But she did tell me she wanted a Strawberry cake with Strawberry icing, with rainbow sprinkles. And she wants to put the sprinkles on all by herself. She hasn't told me what she wants for her Birthday. I think I am just going to let her pick out her own present.

Belated congrats on Bryanna's birthday. My son celebrates his birthday today - he is 14 :-) I am sorry to hear your shoulder is hurting. Keep it as warm as possible!
